How Living a Healthy Livestyle

I will share experiences on how to live a Healthy lifestyle that is good and right according to various sources of health that exist today.
Straight to :

1. Regular sleep and sufficient, healthy sleep pattern is actually for 8 hours (normally). If you sleep less or more than 8-9 hours, there will be a possibility you will experience something that makes you unhealthy. so remember!! enough sleep is very important.


2. Eat 4 healthy 5 perfect also a healthy diet, and at least 3 time a day. The food is healthy 5 perfect 4 i need no explain here, be able to tell by looking at my other articles.

3. If a worker, your hours up to 10 hours, if more than the fear of your body will be vulnerable to the disease because too excessive in their use in the body requires was work. because the body need sleep to restore energy to a normal state return. If your body is not normal, so are likely to be susceptible to disease.

4. Stay way from cigarettes, fast food, alcoholic, beverages and other organs that can damage your body.

5. And the least regularly in sports, at least  times a week. because exercise is important in maintaining the balance of your body and can keep your body stay in shape.
